“We went to about 10 apartments today and Denzel was leaps and bounds the best leasing agent we had. We loved the apartment and signed the lease. It was more expensive than some of the others, but the quality of staff and unit made it an easy decision. Denzel was zero pressure, easy going, informative, and helpful. After a very irritating day of meeting with subpar agents, he was a breath of fresh air. If you are looking at Lenox or Broadstone, this is by far the better place.”

The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores (there’s already an H-E-B super close and an Aldi right down the road. We also have a Sprouts coming soon, and I’m so excited!). There’s also a mall nearby and easy access to I-45, whether you’re headed north or south. Beyond its location, the property is teeming with kind neighbors and awesome amenities, including a 24-hour gym (my personal fave), two pools, and a hot tub! “2 year update to help ratings: San Palmilla is a beautiful, quiet, kid friendly apartment complex that is in a prime location right off I-45 and right next door to an HEB, which is a huge win! The staff are super helpful and friendly. Even with being short on staff San palmilla still manages to deliver excellent customer service. The once in a blue moon that i have an apartment issue the maintenance is there the next day if not the same day and he always fixes the problem permanently. The leasing consultants are top notch, always so welcoming and nice, the maintenance crew has always been super nice and if i ever had a problem, they were there to fix whatever issue i had quickly. Also in 3 years never had any issues with bugs. Hopefully this will be home for the next few years.”
